熔融酯交换法合成PC技术的研究进展

摘要 分析总结国内外聚碳酸酯的生产供需情况,指出目前非光气酯交换法生产聚碳酸酯的生产技术遇到的难点和研发方向,从提高共聚单体纯度、催化剂选择,聚合工艺研究等角度概述了近些年酯交换聚碳酸酯生产技术开发现状,提出了我国聚碳酸酯可能的发展方向,以期对我国聚碳酸酯的发展提供借鉴和帮助。 The analysis summary of Polycarbonate supply and demand at home and abroad, points out that the current transesterification Polycarbonate production technology encountered difficulties and development direction. proposed the development direction of Polycarbonate in China form improving the purity of comonomer,selection of catalyst and study of polymerization process, etc, in order to provide reference and help for the development of transesterification Polycarbonate in China.
