春季洞头洋曼氏无针乌贼生物学特性研究 被引量:2

Study on the Biological Characteristics of Sepiella maindroni in Dongtouyang in Spring

摘要 于2021年3月下旬至4月在洞头洋利用张网采集曼氏无针乌贼样本,对其生物学特性进行了研究。采用频度分析法分析样本胴长、体质量、性腺成熟度、胃饱满度的分布,采用幂函数拟合胴长与体质量的关系。结果显示,雌性个体优势胴长组为91~120 mm,优势体质量组为100.1~200.0 g;雄性个体优势胴长组为81~110 mm,优势体质量组为60.1~140.0 g。雌雄个体间胴长和体质量均差异极显著(P<0.01)。协方差分析(ANCOVA)表明,雌雄个体间胴长与体质量关系差异显著(F=6.658,P=0.01)。雌雄个体性腺成熟度以Ⅴ期和Ⅳ期为主,雌雄比例为1.15:1,符合雌雄比1:1的假设(χ^(2)=0.76,P=0.38)。性腺成熟度为Ⅳ期和Ⅴ期时卵巢成熟系数差异极显著(P<0.01),精巢成熟系数差异不显著(P>0.05)。雌性个体的摄食强度比雄性个体大,胃饱满度3~4级分别占比29.82%和17.86%。综合分析认为,采集的曼氏无针乌贼样本主要为生殖群体,与上世纪80年代相比,其个体小型化现象严重,性腺发育有所提前。研究结果为掌握曼氏无针乌贼种群结构及其可持续利用提供参考。 Sepiella maindroni wascollected by trap net from late March to April 2021, and the biological characteristics of it was studied. The frequency distribution method was used to analyse the distribution of mantle length, body mass, sex maturity stage as well as stomach stage, and power regression was selected to fit therelationship between mantle length and body mass. The results showed that the dominant mantle length of femaleand male individuals were 91-120 mm and 81-110 mm respectively, and the dominant body mass of them were 100.1-200.0 g and 60.1-140.0 g respectively. Highly significant differences in mantle length and body mass were detected between female and male individuals(P<0.01). Covariance analysis(ANCOVA) indicated that significant differences in the relationship between mantle length and body mass were detected between female and male individuals(F=6.658, P=0.01). The maturity stages of female and male individuals were all mainly Ⅴ and Ⅳ phase, and the sex ratio of females to males was about 1.15: 1.32, which was not significantly away from the hypothesis of 1:1( χ^(2)=0.76, P=0.38). Highly significant difference in gonadosomatic index(GSI) of ovary was detected between mature and immature individuals within population(P<0.01), while no significant difference in GSI of testis was detected(P>0.05). Feeding intensity of female individuals was harder than male individuals, andstomach stage 3-4 of female and male individuals accounted for 29.82% and17.86% respectively. According to comprehensive analysis, major of the samples belonged to spawning stock which exhibited individual miniaturization and more rapid gonadal development compare with the results in early 1980 s. The research results of this study will provide reference for population structure of S. maindroni and its sustainable utilization.
