“层级分化”:教育技术应用对城乡基础教育公平的潜在危机——基于1441名城乡初中教师的调查 被引量:14

摘要 教育技术应用催生的教育信息化为我国缩小城乡教育差距提供有效的路径。但在肯定教育技术对教育公平起到积极作用的同时,理应看到技术本身所具有的局限性。通过对1441名城乡初中教师的调查发现,城乡教师对教育技术应用的总体评价属于中等偏上水平,但城市和乡村教师评价存在显著差异,均值差异波动大。具体来看,城乡教师在教育技术应用的各维度均存在显著差异。这说明由于城乡教育之间存在的基础性和条件性差异导致教育技术应用在缩小城乡教育差距促进教育公平层面陷入“层级分化”困境。这需要理性审视城乡教育技术应用和教育信息化的差异化发展路径及其城乡教育现代化的差异化策略。 The educational informationization generated by the application of educational technology provides an effective way to narrow the gap between urban and rural education in China.However,while affirming the positive role of the educational technology in educational equity,we should see the limitations of technology.A survey of 1441 junior high school teachers in rural areas found that the assessment between urban and rural education are differences,the application of educational technology falls into the phenomenon of"technology capture"in the aspect of narrowing the gap between urban and rural education.This shows that technology not only solidifies the education gap but also exists the crisis of further widening the gap.Therefore,it is necessary to rationally examine the different development paths of urban and rural education technology application and education information and the different strategies of urban and rural education modernization.
