摘要
齿轮箱是动车组列车的核心驱动部件,是保证列车安全运行的关键设备。动车组列车运行速度快,齿轮磨损严重,因而对动车组齿轮箱的设计和制造也提出了更高的要求。而作为不可或缺的润滑介质,对动车组齿轮箱润滑油的性能也提出了更加苛刻的要求。本着引进,消化,吸收的原则,对动车组齿轮箱润滑油进行了研制。通过对基础油,齿轮油复合剂及摩擦改进剂的考察,动车组齿轮箱润滑油由合成基础油(PAO10+三羟甲基丙烷酯),9.7%的RHY4209A齿轮油复合剂及0.6%的氨荒酸钼摩擦改进剂组成,其100℃运动黏度为9.285 mm^(2)/s,黏度指数147,倾点-51℃,低温布氏黏度(-40℃)为29863 mPa·s,诺亚克蒸发损失(250℃,1 h)4.8%,锥型滚动轴承剪切(5 kN,20 h,60℃)后100℃运动黏度9.135 mm^(2)/s,氧化试验(120℃,192 h)后100℃运动黏度变化率8.9%,酸值增加值1.00 mg/g,最大无卡咬负荷1304.3 N,烧结负荷3922.7 N,磨斑直径(392 N,75℃,1200 r/min,60 min)为0.39 mm,FZG齿轮试验达到了9级。研制的齿轮箱润滑油的性能与进口齿轮油的性能相当,并通过了250 km/h及350 km/h动车组齿轮箱全套台架试验。行车试验表明,研制的齿轮箱润滑油完全能够满足350 km/h动车组齿轮箱600 Mm行车里程的润滑要求。
Gearbox was the core driving component of multiple units train and the key equipment to ensure the safe operation of the train.The running speed of multiple units train was fast and the gear was seriously worn,so higher requirements were put forward for the design and manufacture of multiple units gearbox.As an indispensable lubricating medium,it was also put forward more stringent requirements for the performance of multiple units train gearbox lubricant.Based on the principle of introduction,digestion and absorption,the gearbox lubricant of multiple units was developed.Based on the investigation of Stock,gear oil package and frictional improver,the gearbox lubricant of multiple units was composed of synthetic Stock(PAO10+trimethylolpropane ester),9.7%RHY4209A gear oil package and 0.6%molybdenum dithiocarbamate frictional improver.Its kinematic viscosity at 100℃was 9.285 mm^(2)/s,viscosity index 147,pour point-51℃,low temperature Brookfield viscosity(-40℃)was 29863 mPa•s,Noack evaporation loss(250℃,1 h)was 4.8%.The kinematic viscosity of tapered rolling bearing at 100℃after shearing(5 kN,20 h,60℃)was 9.135 mm^(2)/s,the change rate of kinematic viscosity at 100℃after oxidation test(120℃,192 h)was 8.9%,the increase number of acid number was 1.00 mg/g,the last non-seizure load was 1304.3 N,the weld load was 3922.7 N,the worn scare diameter(392 N,75℃,1200 r/min,60 min)was 0.39 mm,and the FZG gear test had reached grade 9.The performance of the developed gearbox lubricant was equivalent to that of the imported gear oil,and had passed a full set of rig tests on the gearbox of 250 km/h and 350 km/h multiple units.The field experience showed that the developed gearbox lubricant could fully meet the lubrication requirements of 350 km/h multiple units gearbox 600 Mm driving mileage.
