装载机摆动支架车加工专用夹具的设计

摘要 针对某型号装载机摆动支架的专用夹具,存在定位精度低、校正时间长、加工效率低、通用性差等问题,现设计一款新型专用夹具,保证定位精度,且因定位元件具有互换性,使其通用性增强,可适用于多种规格前后摆的加工工序,加工效率提高。文章对该夹具的原理和结构进行分析,并通过实践应用,验证其可行性和可靠性,达到预期的效果。 Aiming at the problems of low positioning accuracy, long correction time, low processing efficiency and poor versatility of the special fixture for the swing support of a certain type of loader, a new type of special fixture is designed to ensure the positioning accuracy. According to the interchangeability of positioning elements, its versatility is enhanced, which can be applied to the processing process of various specifications, and the processing efficiency is improved. In this paper, the principle and structure of the fixture are analyzed, and its feasibility and reliability are verified through practical application,and the expected effect is achieved.
