摘要
腹股沟疝修补术(IHR)是普外科常见手术之一,作为目前治愈腹股沟疝的唯一手段,有着提高患者生活质量、规避观察等待风险的效果。腹股沟疝在老年人群高发,且老年患者IHR术后并发症发生率较中青年患者高,这给临床医师带来一定挑战。因此,老年腹股沟疝患者的术后并发症诊治受到广泛关注,本文就老年患者IHR术后需要重点关注的并发症进行综述。
Inguinal hernia repair(IHR)is one of the common operations in general surgery.As the only means to cure inguinal hernia,it has the effect of improving patients'quality of life and avoiding the risk of watch-and-wait approach.Inguinal hernia has a high morbidity in the elderly,and the incidence of postoperative complications of IHR in elderly patients is higher than that in young and middle-aged patients,which poses certain challenges for clinicians.Recently,the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications in elderly patients with inguinal hernia have been widely concerned.This article reviews the complications that need to be focused on in elderly patients after IHR.
