摘要
双能量CT通过两种物质的不同X线衰减特征表达一种物质的X线衰减特征,经过后处理软件生成反映某种物质X线衰减特征的彩色融合图,从而达到物质分离的作用。常规CT只能反映脊柱形态学改变,双能量CT物质分离技术可以实现脊柱骨髓水肿的功能成像和多参数成像。本文概述双能量CT物质分离技术中不同基物质对在椎体骨髓水肿中的应用进展。
Dual-energy CT expresses the X-ray attenuation characteristics of a substance through the different X-ray attenuation characteristics of two substances,and the color fusion image reflecting the X-ray attenuation characteristics of a substance is generated by post-processing software,so as to achieve the separation of substances.Conventional CT can only reflect the morphological changes of the spine.Dual-energy CT material separation technique can achieve functional imaging and multi-parameter imaging of spinal lesions.This paper reviews the progress in the application of multiple base substance pairs in dual-energy CT material separation in spinal lesions.
