线上平台联合孕妇学校对妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期保健质量的影响 被引量:5

Effect of online platform combined with pregnant women’s school on quality of pregnancy health care in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的 分析线上平台联合孕妇学校对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者孕期保健质量的影响。方法 采用随机抽样法选取2019年11月至2021年8月来我院治疗的280例GDM患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各140例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予线上平台联合孕妇学校护理模式。比较两组的孕期保健质量、妊娠压力评分、健康知识掌握程度、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、并发症发生情况及分娩方式。结果护理后,观察组的孕期保健质量各维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的认同父母角色、确保母婴健康评分及总压力评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的健康知识掌握程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平较护理前均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,剖宫产率及并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 线上平台联合孕妇学校护理模式能有效提升GDM患者孕期保健质量和健康知识掌握情况,缓解妊娠压力,降低空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平,同时有效提升自然分娩率。 Objective To analyze the effect of online platform combined with pregnant women’s school on quality of pregnancy health care in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods A total of 280 patients with GDM treated in our hospital from November 2019 to August 2021 were selected as study objects by random sampling method.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 140 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the observation group was given online platform combined with pregnant women’s school nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The quality of pregnancy health care, pregnancy stress score, mastery degree of health knowledge, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose,occurrence of complications and delivery mode were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of all dimensions and total score of quality of pregnancy health care in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of recognizing the role of parent, ensuring maternal and infant health and total stress score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After nursing, the mastery degree of health knowledge in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).
