摘要
目的 探讨阿司匹林联合丹红注射液治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法 选取2018年12月至2019年12月收治的63例老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组采用包括阿司匹林在内的常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹红注射液进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Fg、D-D水平低于对照组,t-PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的QTd及QTcd均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组GMP-140、NF-κB及TXB;水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 阿司匹林联合丹红注射液治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛能有效提高治疗效果,减轻机体血液高凝状态,促进心功能改善,下调GMP-140、NF-κB、TXB;水平,且安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of aspirin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of elderly coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 63 patients with unstable angina pectoris of elderly coronary heart disease admitted from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group(31 cases) and observation group(32 cases). The control group was treated with conventional treatment plan including aspirin, and the observation group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than70.97% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Fg and D-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of t-PA was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, QTd and QTcd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of GMP-140, NF-κB and TXB2in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The aspirin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of elderly coronary heart disease can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the hypercoagulable state of blood, promote the improvement of cardiac function, and down regulate the GMP-140, NF-κB and TXB2levels, with high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
