摘要
由于目前马铃薯漏播补偿系统机构复杂、补偿落点偏差会出现失控等问题,故提出一种利用红外对射式漏播检测系统来实现单向离合器与电机相配合的马铃薯漏播检测与补偿控制系统。该系统正常播种时勺链被地轮带动,而当红外辐射漏种检测系统判定发生漏种事故时,通过补偿电机取代单向离合器使其在更高的速度运行,电机加速带动后一取种勺上的种薯追赶前一缺种位置,补偿结束后电机停止,勺链再次被地轮带动。该方案中种薯补偿时也在原排种通道内运动,无须附加单独的补偿种薯通道,系统体积缩小,结构和可靠性得到了大幅度的优化。经田间试验数据表明,该红外对射式漏播检测系统误判率小于1‰,全速度域范围内,排种器性能达到设计要求,其补种精度符合马铃薯种植工艺参数要求。
Due to the complexity of the current potato missed sowing system mechanism and the compensation point deviation out of control and other problems,this paper proposed a missed potato sowing detection and compensation control system using an infrared radiation type missed sowing detection system to realize one-way clutch and motor matching.During normal sowing,the spoon chain is turned by the ground wheel.When the infrared radiation type missed sowing detection system decides that a missed sowing accident has happened,the seed-metering power will be replaced by a compensatory motor by a compensating one-way clutch at a higher speed.Then the motor accelerates and drives the seed potato on the second seed spoon to catch up with the previous one.After compensation,the motor stops and the chain is driven again by the ground wheel.In this scheme,the compensation of potato seed moves in the original seed row channel,without the need to attach a separate compensation seed potato channel.The system volume is reduced.The structure and reliability are greatly optimized.According to the field test data,the misjudgment rate of the system is less than 1‰.In the full speed range,the performance of the seed metering device meets the design requirements,and its resowing accuracy meets the requirements of potato planting technological parameters.
