摘要
精细化工因工艺反应复杂、危险工艺多等特点,对供配电系统的稳定性、可靠性、安全性有着极高的要求。通过调研精细化工企业供配电系统实例,了解电力系统及其负荷组成等内容,分析其可靠性特点及安全性需求,从负荷计算、选择变压器、主线设计、计算短路电流、继电保护系统、影响安全可靠性因素分析等方面,提出10kV供配电系统安全设计要点,保障供配电系统安全运行,推动企业安全发展。
Fine chemical industry has high requirements for the stability,reliability and safety of power supply and distribution system because of its complex process reaction and many dangerous processes.Through investigating the power supply and distribution system of fine chemical enterprises,we know the power system and its load composition,analyze its reliability characteristics and safety requirements,and put forward the key points of safety design of 10kV power supply and distribution system from the aspects of load calculation,transformer selection,main line design,short-circuit current calculation,relay protection system and factors affecting safety and reliability analysis,so as to ensure the safe operation of power supply and distribution system and promote the safe development of enterprises.
