摘要
媒介环境学理论对博物馆举办线上展览有所启示。博物馆物理空间与数字媒介、智能媒介、社交媒介的融合促成了新型的混合空间形态,进一步影响到受众的交互互动行为,从而形成新的文化体系。当前,"云观展"存在"数字虚拟展厅"和"网络直播"两种不同形式,从而形成了用户与空间、用户与媒体以及用户之间的三种新型交互关系。本文重点分析媒介技术如何改造博物馆的实体空间环境,从而形成新的文化和话语系统。利用深度访谈法,探寻用户如何通过新型空间实践活动建构话语体系,进行身份重塑。在此基础上,为博物馆线上展览服务提出有益的建议。
The media environment theory can be the inspiration for the museum virtual exhibition. The integration of the museum’s physical space with the digital media, smart media and social media has led to a new mixed space form, which further affects the interactive behavior of the visitors and forms a new cultural system. At present, the two different forms of cloud exhibition including “digital virtual exhibition hall” and “live webcast” have formed users-space, users-media and users-users three new types of interactive relationship. Through the in-depth interviews, the research effort mainly focuses on how media technology transforms the physical space environment of museums, thus forming new culture and discourse systems, as well as how users construct discourse systems and reshape their identities through new spatial practical activities to puts forward suggestions for museum cloud exhibition services.
