摘要
免拆模板可以代替工程中的传统模板,在施工阶段起到支撑、定型的作用,并在使用阶段作为整个构件的一部分参与受力。免拆模板的使用可以有效节约人工资源,提高工程的经济效益和社会效益。针对免拆模板的结构特点,概述了U型水泥基免拆模板在混凝土梁构件的相关研究进展,总结了不同材料和形式的免拆模板混凝土梁的受弯性能,并根据现有研究的不足,提出了3点可行的研究方向和建议。
Replacing the traditional formwork in the engineering,the permanent formwork plays a supporting and shaping role in the construction stage,and participates in the stress as a part of the whole component in the use stage.Adopting the permanent formwork can efficiently save labor resources and increase economic benefits and social benefits of the engineering.Focusing on the structural characteristics of the permanent formwork,this paper describes the research progress of the application of U cement-based permanent formwork in the concrete beam,summarizes the flexural behavior of the concrete beam with different materials and forms,and puts forward three feasible research directions and suggestions according to the shortcomings of existing research.
