摘要
从站位标准化基层管理者的角度出发,对如何提升企业标准化管理水平,从加强标准化宣传、人员能力提升、加强监督考核、升级标准化电子管理系统这四个方面的具体工作作出的一些思考。
From the perspective of station standardized grass-roots managers,some thoughts on how to improve the standardization management level of enterprises are made from four aspects:strengthening standardization propaganda,improving personnel ability,strengthening supervision and assessment,and upgrading standardized electronic management system.
