摘要
目的观察补肾填精益髓方治疗脑出血恢复期病人的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月陕西中医药大学附属医院脑外科收治的符合纳入标准的60例病人进行回顾性分析,依据恢复期是否口服补肾填精益髓方将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服补肾填精益髓方。比较两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、中医证候积分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、中医证候积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程均未出现严重不良反应。结论补肾填精益髓方能够明显改善脑出血恢复期病人的神经功能,提高生活质量,且无严重不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tianjing Yisui Recipe in treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage in recovery period.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage in convalescent period were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional treatment,the patients in observation group were treated with Bushen Tianjing Yisui Recipe on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,NIHSS score,Barthel index,and TCM syndrome integral in two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and NIHSS score,Barthel index,and TCM syndrome integral in observation group were better than those in control group after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion Bushen Tianjing Yisui Recipe can significantly improve the neurological function and life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the convalescence period,and without serious adverse reactions.
