摘要
装载机的液压作业具有较高的工作效率,但其在实际使用过程中存在着一些不足,导致了安全事故频发。本文针对这些问题提出相关措施和装载机液压系统的设计和使用周期短问题,分析了其原因,提出了相应措施,并对提高产品质量、减少能量消耗和提升经济效益具有重要意义。
The hydraulic operation of loaders has high work efficiency,but there are some deficiencies in the actual use process,which leads to frequent safety accidents.In view of these problems,this paper proposes relevant measures and the design of loader hydraulic system and short service life,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward corresponding measures,which is of great significance to improve product quality,reduce energy consumption and improve economic benefits.
