摘要
培育全民文化自信,对于维护意识形态安全、坚定“四个自信”、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。培育全民文化自信,要分层推进。通过提炼中华优秀传统文化的精神标识、实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程、推进中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展,培育民众对中华优秀传统文化的自信;通过树立正确革命文化观、创作优秀革命文化产品、开展“四史”教育,培育民众对革命文化的自信;通过掌握意识形态工作领导权、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、建设社会主义文化强国,培育民众对社会主义先进文化的自信;通过构建官方与民间互补的文化交流格局、创新中国文化的交流传播方式,提升中国文化的国际影响力,从“他者”视角培育全民文化自信。
Cultivating the cultural self-confidence of the whole people,which is of great significance for maintaining ideological security,strengthening“the four self-confidences”and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,should be promoted at different levels:cultivate people’s confidence in Chinese excellent traditional culture by refining the spiritual logo of Chinese excellent traditional culture,implementing projects of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture to promote its transformative and innovative development;cultivate people’s confidence in revolutionary culture by establishing a correct concept of it,creating excellent revolutionary cultural products and carrying out the education of“the four histories”;cultivate people’s confidence in advanced socialist culture by mastering the leadership of ideological work,cultivating and practicing socialist core values,and building a socialist cultural power;and cultivate the cultural self-confidence of the whole people from the perspective of others by constructing a complementary cultural exchange pattern between the government and the people,innovating the communication mode of Chinese culture,and enhancing its international influence.
