摘要
肿瘤微环境是肿瘤细胞在生长、增殖、转移、凋亡过程中所在的一个微观内环境,其主要包括缺氧、酸性、慢性炎症、免疫逃逸,这类肿瘤微环境对于肿瘤的恶性生物学特征有着极其重要的意义。同时,现代研究发现,肿瘤微环境与中医辨证阴虚、痰湿、脾虚等证素具有紧密相关性。因此文章从中医证型角度探讨肿瘤微环境,从而为中西医结合防治肿瘤提供新思路。
Tumor microenvironment is a microenvironment in which tumor cells grow,proliferate,metastasize,and apoptotic processes.It mainly includes hypoxia,acidity,chronic inflammation,and immune escape.Such tumor microenvironment is a malignant organism for tumor The characteristics of learning are extremely important.At the same time,modern research has found that tumor microenvironment is closely related to TCM syndromes such as Yin(阴)deficiency,phlegm dampness,and spleen deficiency.Therefore,this article explores the tumor microenvironment from the perspective of TCM syndromes,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of tumors by integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
