摘要
针对信息过载在人机交互过程中严重影响作业过程安全及作业效率这一问题,提出了识别车间作业过程信息过载主要因素的方法。首先分析了车间作业过程中可能造成作业人员信息过载的因素,建立了适用于车间作业过程的信息过载因果图模型;在此基础上进行了基于层次分析法的信息过载成因权重评价,从而识别出主要影响因素,为有效预防和控制车间作业过程信息过载提供依据。
Aiming at the problem that information overload seriously affects the safety and efficiency of job process in the process of human-computer interaction,a method to identify the main factors of information overload in workshop operation process is proposed.Firstly,the factors that may cause the information overload of operators in the process of workshop operation are analyzed,and the cause and effect diagram model of information overload suitable for the process of workshop operation is established;On this basis,the weight evaluation of the causes of information overload based on analytic hierarchy process is carried out,so as to identify the main influencing factors.It provides a basis for effectively preventing and controlling information overload in workshop operation process.
