摘要
廉政文化是公立医院文化建设的重要组成部分,是医疗改革、医院高质量发展的重要保障。本文结合某公立医院廉政文化建设实践,分析其成效,提出从传承红色基因、形成廉洁合力、培育专业人才、充分运用信息化技术等提升公立医院廉政文化建设水平的建议。
A clean government culture is an important part of the cultural construction of public hospitals,and an important guarantee for medical reform and high-quality development of hospitals.Based on the practice of building a clean government culture in a public hospital,this paper analyzes its effectiveness,and puts forward suggestions for improving the level of clean government culture construction in public hospitals from inheriting the red gene,forming a joint force of cleanness,cultivating professional talents,and making full use of information technology.
