摘要
目的探讨游离氨基酸配方奶粉在牛奶蛋白过敏患儿中的应用及对患儿预后的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年7月就诊于我院的牛奶蛋白过敏患儿74例,所选患儿均接受游离氨基酸配方奶粉治疗,比较患儿治疗前后消化道表现改善、营养不良改善情况。结果治疗后患儿消化道表现的情况得到明显改善(P<0.05);治疗前,74例患儿中共有12例消瘦、12例生长缓慢、16例体质量低;治疗前后患儿消瘦和生长缓慢无显著变化,治疗后患儿体质量低的情况得到明显改善。结论在治疗牛奶蛋白过敏患儿的过程中,予以游离氨基酸配方奶粉效果确切,可在临床上进一步广泛推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the application of free amino acid formula in children with milk protein allergy and its influence on the prognosis of children.Methods A total of 74 children with milk protein allergy who were admitted to our hospital from August 20 to July 2019 were selected.The selected children were treated with free amino acid formula,which improved the performance of the digestive tract and improved malnutrition before and after treatment.Happening.Results After treatment,the digestive tract performance of the children was significantly improved(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were 12 cases of weight loss,12 cases of slow growth,and 16 cases of low body weight before treatment.The children were thin and grow before and after treatment.There was no significant change in slowness,and the condition of low body weight after treatment was significantly improved.Conclusion In the process of treating children with milk protein allergy,the free amino acid formula is effective and can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
