小学职业启蒙教育资源多维整合的困境与优化路径--基于三螺旋理论 被引量:4

摘要 职业启蒙教育资源的整合是有效实施职业启蒙教育的关键一步,但在教育教学实施过程中,由于职业启蒙教育资源的分散、无序以及配置不均衡等问题导致职业启蒙教育发展相对缓慢,甚至停滞。经过分析可知,职业启蒙教育资源整合存在教育理念革新困难、参与主体之间联动性不强、资源整合环境建设环节薄弱等困境。因此,可以三螺旋理论为基础,构建政产教、社区、家庭与学校之间资源整合的关系模型。基于此关系模型从教育理念转变、合作机制耦合、构建职业启蒙教育资源“命运共同体”等宏观角度寻找优化途径,使之更高效地为职业启蒙教育的发展服务。 The integration of vocational enlightenment education resources is a key step in the effective implementation of vocational enlightenment education.However,in the process of education and teaching,the development of vocational enlightenment education is relatively slow or even stagnant due to the dispersion,disorder and unbalanced allocation of vocational enlightenment education resources.The analysis shows that the integration of vocational enlightenment education resources has some difficulties,such as the difficulty of educational concept innovation,the weak linkage between participants,the weak link of resource and environment construction and so on.Therefore,based on the triple helix theory,we can construct the relationship model of resource integration among politics,industry and education,community,family and school.Based on this relationship model,we can find optimization ways from the macro perspectives of the transformation of educational ideas,the coupling of cooperation mechanism and the construction of"community of destiny"of vocational enlightenment education resources,so as to make it more efficient to serve the development of vocational enlightenment education.
