摘要 近年来,火电厂汽轮机高消耗的问题引起了煤炭行业的高度重视。如何践行生态低碳发展理念,落实节能降耗措施成为亟需解决的问题。以此为主题展开探讨,首先介绍了火电厂汽轮机的特点,指出火电厂汽轮机节能降耗的重要性,其次深入分析了火电厂汽轮机能耗的影响因素,具体包括汽缸设备、汽轮机温度和压力、电力负荷、人为因素,最后从诸多角度详细探讨了火电厂汽轮机节能降耗的有效措施,以期能够达到更好的节能效果。 In recent years,the high consumption of steam turbines in thermal power plants has attracted great attention from the coal industry.It has become an urgent problem to be solved that how to practice the concept of ecological low-carbon development and implement energy saving and consumption reduction measures.Based on this theme,this paper firstly introduced the characteristics of steam turbines in thermal power plants,and pointed out the importance of energy saving and consumption reduction of steam turbines in thermal power plants.Secondly,it deeply analyzed the factors affecting the energy consumption of steam turbines in thermal power plants,including cylinder equipment,steam turbine temperature and pressure,power load and human factors.Finally,it discussed in detail the effective measures to save energy and reduce consumption of steam turbines in thermal power plants from many perspectives,in order to achieve better energy-saving effect.
