摘要
从研究酿酒黄水及中药材的功能性出发,通过科学配比,制成具有一定功效的外用功能性制剂,经过验证,筛选出2种具有明显滋养皮肤、止痒、抗疲劳功效的配方,体验评分分别为96.66分、95.66分,研究为固态法白酒生产过程中资源再利用找到新途径,达到节能减排、保护环境的目的。
Starting from the research on the functionality of yellow water(a byproduct of Baijiu)and traditional Chinese medicinal ma-terials,through scientific proportioning,functional preparations with certain efficacy was made for external use.After verification,two formulas with obvious skin-nourishing,anti-itching and anti-fatigue effects were screened out.The experience scores of the two formulas were 96.66 and 95.66 respectively.The research has found a new way of resource recycling in the production process of Bai-jiu,which achieves the purpose of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection.
