摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合甘露醇治疗急性出血性脑卒中患者的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的64例急性出血性脑卒中患者,根据入院顺序分组分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甘露醇治疗,比较两组神经功能、炎症因子水平、血液流变学指标、临床疗效及病死率。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、hs-CRP和IL-6水平均低于对照组,BDNF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组红细胞比容、全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数及血浆黏度均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,1年病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合甘露醇治疗AHS能减轻机体炎症反应,改善血液流变学和神经功能,提高临床疗效,降低病死率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with mannitol in the treatment of patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke.Methods A total of 64 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January2021 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with mannitol on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the neurological function,inflammatory factor levels,hemorheological indexes,clinical efficacy and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NIHSS score,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and BDNF level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma viscosity in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the 1-year mortality rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with mannitol in the treatment of AHS can reduce the body’s inflammatory response,improve hemorheology and neurological function,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce mortality,which is worthy of clinical application.
