腐蚀环境下梁桥多维修方式加固后的受力裂缝发展分析

摘要 为了对比不同加固方法对腐蚀环境下病害桥梁构件的性能改善作用,开展了粘贴CFRP片材、粘贴BFRP片材和锚贴钢板法等3种加固方法对锈蚀的钢筋混凝土梁桥构件加固后的受力裂缝发展及变形性能分析研究。结果表明:在裂缝发展约束方面,粘贴CFRP和粘贴BFRP加固效果较为明显,锚贴钢板法初期较好,后期裂缝宽度突然增大。另外,未加固梁裂缝宽度的试验值与理论计算值吻合较好,而粘贴CFRP和BFRP片材加固梁裂缝宽度的理论计算值较试验值稍偏安全。 In order to compare the effect of different reinforcement methods on the performance improvement of the damaged bridge members in corrosive environment, four reinforcement methods, such as pasting CFRP sheet, pasting BFRP sheet, and anchoring steel plate, are carried out to analyze the development of the mechanical crack and deformation performance of the corroded reinforced concrete beam members after reinforcement. The results show that in the aspect of crack development constraint, the strengthening effect of pasting CFRP and BFRP is obvious, the anchoring steel plate is better at the initial stage, and the crack width suddenly increases at the later stage. In addition, the test value of the crack width of the unreinforced beam is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation value, while the theoretical calculation value of the crack width of the reinforced beam with CFRP and BFRP sheets is slightly safer than the test value.
