摘要
为了更好地满足人们获取图书馆信息的多元性及灵活性,提高图书馆信息服务的整体工作效率,提出基于CSCW的图书馆信息服务系统设计,与图书馆信息服务系统的实际情况相结合,对系统内数据通信所面临的问题展开分析,设计了多媒体桌面会议协议、工作流系统等典型协同工作系统。运用构件和面向对象技术,设计开发了基于CSCW的图书馆信息服务系统,利用数字图书馆的技术特性,分析了数字图书馆协同工作中的数字化通信与协同控制,建立数字化图书馆信息服务环境下协同工作模型。基于CSCW图书馆信息服务系统设计,能够拓展图书馆信息服务的方式及内容,进一步提升图书馆信息服务系统的工作效率,也实现了多个复杂子系统间的协同工作、协同通信。
In order to better meet the diversity and flexibility of people’s access to library information,improve the overall efficiency of library information services. This paper puts forward the design idea of library information service system based on CSCW,combines with the actual situation of book roll information service system,analyzes the problems of data communication in the system,and designs typical collaborative work systems such as multimedia desktop conference protocol and workflow system.Using component and object-oriented technology,the library information service system based on CSCW is designed and developed. It is found that using the technical characteristics of digital library,the digital communication and collaborative control in the collaborative work of digital library are analyzed,and the collaborative work model in the digital library information service environment is established. It is found that the design idea of library information service system based on CSCW can expand the way and content of library information service,further improve the work efficiency of library information service system,and realize the collaborative work and collaborative communication among multiple complex subsystems.
