摘要
目的探讨如何更好地开展浙江口岸出入境生物医药特殊物品风险评估工作。方法通过分析当前浙江口岸出入境生物医药特殊物品风险评估的流程结构、特殊物品风险评估软件系统应用情况及风险评估后续监管抽样检测情况,探讨面临的挑战与困难。结果与结论当前浙江口岸出入境特殊物品风险评估应从提升申请单位生物安全意识、强化特殊物品风险评估专家库建设、提高风险评估工作服务质量、风险评估信息共享等方面,提高出入境生物医药特殊物品风险评估的科学性、高效性。
Objective This paper discusses how to better carry out the risk assessment of entry-exit biomedical special products at Zhejiang ports.Methods The challenges and difficulties were discussed by analyzing the current process structure of entry-exit biomedical special products risk assessment at Zhejiang ports,the application of special products risk assessment software system and the follow-up monitoring sampling of risk assessment.Results and Conclusion At present,the risk assessment of entry-exit special products at Zhejiang ports should enhance the biosafety awareness of applicant units,strengthen the construction of expert database of risk assessment for special products,improve the service quality of risk assessment work,and share risk assessment information,so as to improve the scientificity and efficiency of risk assessment for entry-exit biomedical special products.
