SPACE MEASUREMENT POSITIONING TECHNIQUE FOR SPECIALLY-SHAPED STEEL STRUCTURE

摘要 北京泰康大厦施工中,采用超高层建筑平面控制点竖向投测方法,在特殊环境下架设全站仪进行竖向钢柱测量校正及外框弧形封边板定位复核。通过引入计算公式,利用Excel表格快速复核异形封边板偏差,及时对偏差超限的封边板进行动态纠偏,保证了钢结构安装精度,满足设计与规范要求。 Super-high building plane control point longitudinal projection method was adopted in construction of Taikang Tower in Beijing, to set full-station instrument under special conditions for longitudinal steel column measurement rectification and external frame side plate positioning recheck.Calculation formula and Excel sheet were used to realize fast recheck of specially-shaped side plate deviation and dynamic rectification of side plate exceeding the deviation limit. Installation accuracy of steel structure was guaranteed and design and specification requirements were satisfied.
