摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合金字塔教学在提升儿科重症监护室(PICU)护士培训教学质量中的效果。方法:2021年7月—2021年12月选取在医院PICU接受规范化培训的44名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将护士分为观察组和对照组各22人,对照组采用传统教学法进行规范化培训,观察组实施PBL联合金字塔教学法进行规范化培训,比较两组培训教学效果、护士综合护理技能及其对培训的满意度。结果:观察组护士培训后理论知识、病例分析及操作技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士培训后综合护理技能总评分及相关维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士对培训的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合金字塔教学可有效提升PICU规范化培训护士培训教学质量,进而提高护士综合护理技能及对培训的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of problem-based education(PBL) combined with pyramid teaching in improving the quality of pediatric intensive care unit(PICU) nurse training and teaching.Methods:From July 2021 to December 2021,a total of 44 nurses who received standardized training in hospital PICU were selected as the research objects.The nurses were divided into observation group(n=22) and control group(n=22) by random number table.The control group used traditional teaching method to carry out standardized training, while the observation group used PBL combined with pyramid teaching method to carry out standardized training.The training teaching effect, comprehensive nursing skills of nurses and their satisfaction with training were compared between the two groups.Results:After training, the scores of theoretical knowledge, case analysis and operation skills of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After training, the total score and related dimension score of comprehensive nursing skills in the observation group after training were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined pyramid teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality of standardized training nurses in PICU,and then improve the comprehensive nursing skills of nurses and their satisfaction with training.
