摘要
为提升氮气气调的应用效果,对覆膜粮堆电缆和管道穿膜进行气密性改造后,评价氮气气调的控温和控虫效果。结果表明,覆膜粮堆气密性改造能延长氮气有效浓度的保持时间,降低气调电耗;在充氮结束后的一周内,变压吸附机组制备的高纯氮气作为冷源能有效降低平均粮温和表层粮温;使用浓度97%的氮气处理两个月,能彻底抑制玉米象、谷蠹、锈赤扁谷盗和赤拟谷盗的发生。
To improve the airtightness of film-mulching grain bulk and performance of nitrogen modified atmosphere(MA),trans-film cables and ducts were specially treated.Effects of nitrogen MA on grain temperature and stored grain pests were also evaluated.It turned out that these airtightness modifications helped to maintain the nitrogen concentration and reduce the power consumption of MA;high-purity nitrogen gas made by Pressure Swing Adsorption served as a cooling resource and drop the average temperature and the surface-layer temperature of the grain bulk during one week after nitrogen injection;and the treatment of>97% nitrogen for two months can completely eradicate the populations of Sitophilus zeamais,Rhyzopertha dominica,Cryptolestes ferrugineus,and Tribolium castaneum.
