摘要
文章阐述了汽车用冷轧连退低合金高强钢HC420LA的产品特点和强化机理,设计了以Nb、Ti为主要强化元素的化学成分,制定了包括热轧工艺、冷轧工艺、退火工艺在内完整生产工艺方案。经过生产实践和汽车生产厂的批量试用验证,表明HC420LA产品综合机械性能良好,生产工艺成熟且稳定,具备稳定供货能力。
In this paper,it is elaborated the product characteristics and strengthening mechanism of cold rolled continuous annealing low alloy high strength steel HC420LA for automobile,designed the chemical composition of Nb and Ti as main strengthening elements as well as formulated the complete production process plan including hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing processes.The verification of production practice and batch trial of automobile manufacturers shows that HC420LA is with good comprehensive mechanical properties,mature and stable production process as well as it could be supplied stably.
