摘要
以阀冷系统水冷主机安装的集装箱结构为研究对象,建立相应的有限元模型,进行整体结构模态分析,评估系统的固有频率(刚度)及在振动时抵抗外界变形能力。同时,水冷主机在工作过程中,离心式水泵会对集装箱结构产生正弦激励载荷作用。上述载荷简化为有限元分析中的谐响应载荷,基于此来研究整个集装箱结构在谐响应载荷下的变形情况,以给出水冷主机最优的固定方式。
Based on the container with water pump for cooling in the valve cooling system,the finite element model is built.The modal of the whole structure is calculated,to evaluate the nature frequency(or stiffness of the structure)and the resistance to external deformation during vibration load.At the same time,when the water pump for cooling is working,it produces a sinusoidal excitation load on the container.This load could be treated as harmonic response load in the finite element analysis(FEA),and the deformation of the container structure should be studied under this load,in order to design the best fixing mode of water pump on the container.
