摘要
故障诊断技术是水轮机组安全稳定运行的关键技术之一,也是水轮机组提高运行效率、进行预知维修及科学管理的重要基础。在小波分析算法和科学计算软件MATLAB的基础上,利用多分辨率分析(MRA)技术先对已经采集好的水轮机主轴振动信号的突变部分段做db3分解,确定信号突变点位置,再计算Lipschitz指数,评估故障程度。结果表明,计算结果能比较接近实际的故障发生所在位置和故障程度。本程序采用模块化编程技术,具有操作简单、便于扩展、灵活方便等优点,还能有效地解决水轮机组其它部位的振动信号分析。
Fault diagnosis technology is one of the key technologies for a safe and stable running of hydro-generator unit,and it is al-so important for hydro-generator unit to improve operational efficiency,predict faults to repair and manage scientifically.Based on Wavelet Analysis Algorithm(WAA)and scientific calculation software MATLAB.Using multi-resolution analy-sis technology of db3 to decompose irregular transient parts of vibration signal of hydraulic turbine main shaft,and to de-termine the singular points position of the vibration signal,and then calculate the Lipschitz index and to assess the degree of failure.The results show that the analysis and calculation results of the vibration signal of the water turbine main shaft can be closer to the actual location and degree of the fault.Use modular programming technology to develop this program.This system is easy to use,flexible and practical.This Program also can analyze and compute the vibration signal of the another parts of the water turbine.
