摘要
目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的以案例为基础的学习(CBL)联合小组合作学习(TBL)教学模式在法医临床学教学中的应用价值。方法2020年9月—2021年7月,采用随机分层抽样法从本院法医学专业班级中抽取79名(A班:38名+B班:41名)学生作为研究对象,以班级为整体采用简单随机分组——抽检法设置研究组(B班:41名)与对照组(A班:38名),对照组学生采用传统的讲座式教学,研究组学生接受OBE理念下的CBL联合TBL的双轨教学。对比两组阶段性考核与期末考核成绩,学期初、末自我效能感、学习能力及沟通能力评分。结果研究组学生的课堂测验、课堂问题、课后作业得分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生的理论成绩、尸体检验、切片观察、伤情鉴定得分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);期初两组各量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),期末研究组学生的学习效能感、学习能力、沟通能力评分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用OBE理念为指导的CBL联合TBL教学可有效提高法医学学生的学习效果及专业能力,对于促进学生自主学习能力、沟通能力的提高具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with group cooperative learning(TBL)teaching mode based on the concept of outcome oriented Education(OBE)in forensic clinical teaching.Methods From September 2020 to July 2021,a total of 79 students(Class A:38+class B:41)were randomly selected from two classes of forensic medicine specialty in our college by random stratified sampling method,the students in the control group adopted the traditional lecture teaching,while the students in the study group accepted the CBL combined with TBL dual track teaching under the OBE concept.The scores of stage examination and final examination,self-efficacy,learning ability and communication ability at the beginning and end of the semester were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of classroom tests,classroom questions and homework in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical scores,autopsy,section observation and injury identification of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups at the beginning of the period(P>0.05).The scores of learning efficacy,learning ability and communication ability of the students in the final research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with TBL teaching guided by OBE concept can effectively improve the learning effect and professional ability of forensic students,and has a positive role in promoting students'autonomous learning ability and communication ability.
