摘要
中药毒性是中药药性的重要组成部分,也是中药起效的基础与根本。中药毒性具有动态可变性,其与剂量、炮制、配伍使用、用法等密切相关,毒性反应的出现有时是中药起效的标志,而中药毒性的本质与现代药学毒性的概念和内涵不同。因此,应从中医角度出发,认识中药毒性;利用中药毒性的使用价值,避免中药毒性的弊端;掌握中药毒性的消减方法,从而更好地用对用好中药的毒性理论。
The toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine is not only an important part of the properties,but also the basis and foundation of whether traditional Chinese medicine has effects.The toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine has dynamic variability,which is closely related to dosage,processing,compatible use,usage and so on.The appearance of toxicity is sometimes the sign of whether traditional Chinese medicine having,yet,but the essence of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine is different from the concept and connotation of modern pharmaceutical toxicity.Therefore,from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper conducts the understanding of the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine.To avoid the disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine toxicity by using its toxicity value;master the methods of reducing the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better apply the theory of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine.
