半夏酚酸类化感物质积累规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过测定半夏根际土壤及植株不同生长时间不同部位的酚酸类化感物质,明确半夏酚酸类化感物质积累的规律,为进一步探明半夏化感自毒作用导致连作障碍提供理论依据。间隔15 d对半夏块茎皮、块茎(去皮)、叶、须根和根际土壤进行取样,共取样6次,通过HPLC方法检测与化感现象密切相关的6种酚酸(对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、丁香酸、香草醛、对香豆酸和阿魏酸)。半夏植株不同部位及根际土均含与连作土壤相同的6种酚酸类成分,含量均在60~90 d时达到最高。半夏须根总酚酸的积累量显著性高于其他部位(P<0.05)。其中须根又以对香豆酸含量最高;根际土同样以对香豆酸含量最高。半夏倒苗期(90 d左右)是连作半夏自毒作用发生的关键时期,此时期的半夏须根酚酸含量最高,其中对香豆酸又占主要地位,高浓度对香豆酸抑制半夏幼苗生长,推测其是主要的酚酸类化感自毒物质。 In order to clarify the accumulation pattern of phenolic acid allelochemicals,we have determined the level of phenolic acid allelochemicals in the rhizosphere soil and different parts of Pinellia ternata at different growth time.Such method can provide us a theoretical basis for further understanding of the continuous cropping disturbance caused by allelopathic autotoxicity of Pinellia ternata.Six samples were taken at 15-day intervals from the tuber bark,tuber(peeled),leaf,fibrous root and rhizosphere soil of Pinellia ternata.HPLC were used to detect six phenolic acids which were closely related to allelopathy including p-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid,syringic acid,vanillin,p-coumaric acid and ferulic acid.Different parts of Pinellia ternata plant and rhizosphere soil contained the same six phenolic acids as in the continuous cropping soil,and the contents were at their highest at 60~90 d.The accumulation of total phenolic acids in Pinellia ternata was significantly higher than that in other parts(P<0.05).Among them,the content of p-coumaric acid was detected the highest in both fibrous root and rhizosphere soil.The inversion period of Pinellia ternata(about 90 d)is the key period for the occurrence of autotoxicity of Pinellia ternata.In this period,the content of phenolic acid in the fibrous root of Pinellia ternata is the highest,of which p-coumaric acid was dominant.High concentration of p-coumaric acid inhibited the growth of Pinellia ternata seedlings,which was presumed to be the main phenolic acid allelotoxic substance.
