城市过江隧道结构抗震设计研究与工程实践

摘要 依托南京建宁西路过江隧道工程,对盾构段和明挖段典型断面在地震作用下的结构内力进行分析。研究结果表明:在100年超越概率10%的地震动作用下,隧道盾构段与明挖暗埋段静力荷载为控制工况,其所产生的内力大于地震工况,依据静力作用效果进行结构配筋可保证结构在地震作用下的安全。隧道结构抗震设计的重点为加强构造措施,包括设置变形缝、合理的钢筋保护层厚度、管片纵缝设置螺栓接头连接、管片环缝采用剪力销等。相关研究成果可为类似工程的抗震与减震设计提供参考。 Based on the river crossing tunnel project of Jianning West Road in Nanjing,the structural internal forces of typical sections of shield section and open cut section under earthquake were analyzed.The results showed that under the earthquake action with 10%exceedance probability in 100 years,the static load of tunnel was the control condition,and the internal force generated is greater than that under the earthquake condition.The structural reinforcement according to the static action effect could ensure the safety of the structure under the earthquake.The seismic design of tunnel structure focuses on strengthening structural measures,included setting deformation joints,reasonable thickness of reinforcement protective layer,setting bolt joints for longitudinal joints of segments,using shear pins for circumferential joints of segments,etc.The research results can provide reference for seismic design of similar projects.
