远程可遥控骨水泥自动推进器辅助下PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果

Effect of PVP in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures Assisted by Remote-controlled Bone Cement Automatic Propeller

摘要 目的:分析远程可遥控骨水泥自动推进器辅助下经皮穿刺椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebro plasty,PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法:择取2018年6月-2020年7月于肇庆市中医院治疗的80例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用手动灌注骨水泥PVP治疗,研究组采用远程可遥控骨水泥自动推进器辅助下PVP治疗。对两组患者的手术时间、辐射剂量、治疗效果、骨水泥渗漏率、并发症和治疗前后的VAS评分、FMA评分、Barthel指数、生活质量评分进行比较分析。结果:研究组手术时间短于对照组,辐射剂量、骨水泥渗漏率、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,FMA、Barthel指数和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程可遥控骨水泥自动推进器辅助下PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,有效缩短手术时间,临床疗效确切,并发症发生率低安全可靠,有效改善临床各项指标,促进术后康复。 Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)assisted by remote-controlled bone cement automatic propeller in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Method:A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PVP by manual perfusion of bone cement,and the study group was treated with PVP assisted by remote-controlled automatic propeller of bone cement.The operation time,radiation dose,the treatment effect,bone cement leakage rate,complications,the operation time,radiation dose,treatment effect,bone cement leakage rate,complications,VAS score,FMA score,Barthel index,and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result:The operation time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the radiation dose,bone cement leakage rate and complication rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,FMA and Barthel index and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with PVP assisted by remote-controlled bone cement automatic propeller can effectively shorten the operation time,have definite clinical effect,low complications,be safe and reliable,effectively improve various clinical indexes and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
