箍筋环扣连接叠合梁受剪性能与数值模拟研究

摘要 为解决现有装配式混凝土叠合梁在施工现场安装纵筋困难问题,设计一种箍筋环扣连接的新型装配式混凝土叠合梁。为进一步研究搭接箍筋对叠合梁受剪性能的影响,设计制作2组6个箍筋环扣连接预制混凝土叠合梁试件进行单调静力加载试验,分析其破坏形式、荷载-挠度曲线及混凝土应变和钢筋应力等,探讨试件剪跨比、箍筋间距等参数对叠合梁受剪承载力的影响及其破坏机理,并与数值模拟结果进行对比。结果表明,新型叠合梁与现浇梁均为剪切破坏,箍筋环扣连接形式能有效传递梁内剪力;所有叠合梁均未发生沿叠合面的水平开裂,预制层与后浇层混凝土黏结完好;搭接箍筋处连接可靠,传力性能良好;数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to install longitudinal reinforcement in the construction site of the existing precast concrete composite beam,a new type of precast concrete composite beam with stirrup ring buckle is designed.In order to further study the influence of overlapping stirrups on the shear behavior of composite beams,two groups of 6 stirrup rings were designed and made to connect precast concrete composite beams,and the monotonic static loading test was carried out to analyze the failure mode,load-deflection curve,concrete strain and steel stress.The effects of shear span ratio and stirrup spacing on the shear capacity and failure mechanism of composite beams are discussed,and the results are compared with the numerical simulation results.The results show that the new composite beam and the cast-in-place beam are shear failure,the stirrup ring buckle connection form can effectively transfer the shear force in the beam.All the composite beams have no horizontal cracks along the composite plane,the precast layer and the post cast layer concrete bond well.The lap stirrup connection is reliable,and the force transfer performance is good.The numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
