摘要
目的了解广西某医学院校女大学生婚前性行为的发生情况、认知水平和影响因素,为广西高校大学生性健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用方便抽样方法对广西某医学院校499名在校女大学生进行问卷调查,用描述性分析、卡方检验和Logistics回归分析方法进行统计分析。结果有69名女大学生存在婚前性行为,其发生率为13.83%。其中,非常了解避孕工具正确使用方法者仅占55.1%,有63.8%的女大学生在进行性行为时,每次都会要求对方使用安全套。不同年级、家庭类型和现阶段不同感情状态的婚前性行为的发生率差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistics分析结果显示:有对象、经常主动在网上浏览“性”相关信息、父母对婚前性行为呈支持态度和周围有发生婚前性行为的同龄人是女大学生婚前性行为的危险因素。结论广西某医学院校女大学生的性健康知识存在薄弱环节,婚前性行为较常见。学校应加强性健康相关知识教育,帮助其树立正确的性观念和性态度,营造良好的周围环境,减少高危性行为的发生。
Objective To understand the occurrence, cognitive level and influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior of female college students in a medical college in Guangxi, and to provide theoretical basis for sexual health education of college students in Guangxi. Methods A total of 499female college students in a medical college in Guangxi were investigated by convenient sampling method.Descriptive analysis, chi-square test and binary unconditional logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 69 female college students had premarital sex, and the incidence was 13.83%. Among them, only 55.1% knew the correct use of contraceptives, and 63.8% of female college students asked each other to use condoms every time they had sex. Different grades There were significant differences in the incidence of premarital sexual behavior between family types and different emotional states at present(all P<0.05) Relevant information, parents’ supportive attitude towards premarital sex and their peers who have premarital sex are the risk factors of premarital sex among female college students. Conclusion There are weak links in sexual health knowledge of female college students in a medical college in Guangxi, and premarital sexual behavior is more common. Schools should strengthen sexual health-related knowledge, help them establish correct sexual concepts and attitudes, create a good surrounding environment and reduce the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior.
