摘要
目的:观察清热祛瘀汤联合戊酸雌二醇片、地屈孕酮片、炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取100例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片、地屈孕酮片、炔诺酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清热祛瘀汤治疗,比较两组疗效、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平、性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血红蛋白和E_(2)水平均高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、FSH水平和LH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热祛瘀汤联合戊酸雌二醇片、地屈孕酮片、炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者可提高疗效,降低子宫内膜厚度,提高血红蛋白水平,改善性激素水平,效果优于戊酸雌二醇片、地屈孕酮片、炔诺酮片治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Qingre Quyu Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:100 perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.The control group was given Estradiol valerate tablets,Dydrogesterone tablets,and Norethisterone tablets,while the observation group was given Qingre Quyu decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The curative effects,the endometrial thickness,the hemoglobin level,the sex hormone[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of hemoglobin and E_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the endometrial thickness and the FSH and LH levels were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qingre Quyu decoction combined with Estradiol valerate tablets,Dydrogesterone tablets,and Norethisterone tablets in the treatment of the perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the curative effects,reduce the endometrium thickness,increase the hemoglobin level,and improve the sex hormone levels.Moreover,it is superior to Estradiol valerate tablets,Dydrogesterone tablets,and Norethisterone tablets treatment.
