摘要
碳达峰、碳中和的“双碳”目标,是我国为应对气候变化向世界作出的庄严承诺,也是我国能源企业调整产业结构、优化产业布局、加快新旧动能转换的必然选择和重要引领。伟大建党精神是中国共产党的精神之源,煤炭行业的先辈们和当代奋斗者坚守建党精神,用生命、汗水和智慧在近200年的中国煤炭发展史上书写了一段又一段光辉的历史。在新征程开启下,“双碳”目标提出将对煤炭行业发展产生深刻影响。在这一背景下分析以建党精神为引领,促进煤炭行业在“双碳”目标下实现高质量发展。
The “double carbon” goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is not only a solemn commitment made by China to the world in response to climate change, but also an inevitable choice and important guide for China’s energy enterprises to adjust industrial structure, optimize industrial layout and accelerate the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.The great spirit of Party building is the source of the spirit of the Communist Party of China.The predecessors and contemporary fighters in the coal industry adhere to the Party building spirit and have written a glorious history in the nearly 200 year history of China’s coal development with their life, sweat and wisdom.With the opening of the new journey, the proposal of the “double carbon” goal will have a profound impact on the development of the coal industry.In this context, the paper proposes to promote the high-quality development of the coal industry under the goal of “double carbon” under the guidance of the spirit of Party building.
