摘要
水力压裂具有煤层增透、改变煤体强度等功效,针对黄陵二号煤矿瓦斯(油型气)的赋存情况及灾害治理需求,结合定向钻进高效抽采技术和水力压裂增透强化抽采的技术优势,在高瓦斯矿井长距离综采工作面进行定向长钻孔水力压裂综合技术应用。通过对钻孔施工工艺、封孔工艺进行优化,分析压裂钻孔的抽采效果,并将工作面回采期间与相邻工作面同区段相关参数进行对比。应用情况证明了定向长钻孔水力压裂高效抽采技术能够有效提升瓦斯治理效率、缩短瓦斯抽采达标周期,缓解“抽、掘、采”矛盾,保障矿井安全生产。该技术可在黄陵矿区直接应用,也可为其他类似条件下的矿井瓦斯治理提供借鉴。
Hydraulic fracturing has the effects of increasing coal seam permeability and changing coal body strength.According to the occurrence of gas(oil-type gas)and the needs of disaster treatment in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, combined with the advantages of directional drilling high-efficiency extraction technology and hydraulic fracturing permeability-enhancement extraction technology, the directional long-distance drilling hydraulic fracturing technology is applied in the long-distance fully mechanized mining face of high gas mine.By optimizing the drilling construction process and sealing process, the pumping effect of fracturing drilling is analyzed and compared with the relevant parameters in the same section of adjacent working face.The application shows that the directional long drilling hydraulic fracturing high-efficiency extraction technology can effectively improve the efficiency of gas control, shorten the standard period of gas extraction, alleviate the contradiction of “extraction, excavation and mining”,and ensure the safe production of the mine.This technology can be directly applied in Huangling mining area, and can also provide reference for gas control in other mines with similar conditions.
