摘要
针对煤矿目前主排水泵吸水方法效率低,控制系统模式单一等问题,提出了一种新的吸水方式,即射流泵与真空泵组合吸水系统。每台水泵设置一套射流泵吸水系统,作为自身独立的吸水系统;再设置一套真空泵吸水系统,所有主排水泵通过主吸水管路实现真空泵共用。每台水泵使用一台DCS分站,控制射流泵吸水系统、支管阀门及单台水泵启停,使水泵形成独立控制系统自动运行;再设置一台DCS主站,控制主管路阀门、真空泵吸水系统及DCS分站。DCS分站控制射流泵吸水系统给水泵灌水,如灌水时间过长,DCS分站给DCS主站发出信号,由主站启动真空泵吸水系统,迅速将水灌满。设计全自动控制方式、远程控制方式等多种控制方式,管理者可根据场景需求选择最佳方案,最后给出了一套完整的水泵自动化吸水系统设计方案。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of water absorption method and single control system mode of the main drainage pump in coal mine, a new water absorption method is proposed, that is, the combined water absorption system of jet pump and vacuum pump.Each water pump is equipped with a set of jet pump as its own independent water absorption system, and then a set of vacuum pump water absorption system, so that all main drainage pumps can share the vacuum pump through the main water absorption pipeline.Each water pump uses a DCS substation to control the jet pump’s water absorption system, branch pipe valve, and the start and stop of single water pump, so that the water pump forms an independent control system and operates automatically.Another DCS master station is set to control the main pipeline valve, vacuum pump suction system and DCS substation.The DCS substation controls the water supply pump of the jet pump suction system to fill water.If the filling time is too long, the DCS substation sends a signal to the DCS master station, and the master station starts the vacuum pump suction system to fill up the water quickly.The design adopts full-automatic control mode, remote control mode and other control modes for managers to choose according to their needs.Finally, a complete set of design scheme of automatic water suction system of water pump is given.
