摘要
综采工作面长度与设备的合理配套,有助于矿井的安全高效生产。针对魏墙煤业公司建矿以来综采工作面生产过程中遇到的设备配套与工作面长度问题,通过对工作面长度、刮板输送机有关参数、支架数量、两顺槽巷道宽度、安全规定等理论分析与实践对比,找出了综采工作面因设备配套不合理而出现一系列问题的原因。给出了较为合理的综采工作面尺寸配套参数,总结出了基于设备合理配套的综采工作面长度计算方法,并进行了实例验算。很好地解决了生产过程中遇到的现实问题,对魏墙矿井后续工作面及其他矿井综采工作面的设计、设备的升级改造具有一定的参考价值。
The reasonable matching of the length and the equipment of fully mechanized working face is conducive to the safe and efficient production of the mine.Aiming at the problems of equipment matching and working face length encountered in the production process of fully mechanized mining face in Weiqiang Coal Mine, through the theoretical analysis and practical comparison of working face length, relevant parameters of scraper conveyor, number of supports, width of mining roadways and safety regulations, the reasons for a series of problems caused by unreasonable equipment matching in fully mechanized mining face are analyzed, more reasonable size matching parameters of fully mechanized mining face are given, the calculation method of fully mechanized mining face length based on reasonable equipment matching is summarized, and an example checking calculation is carried out.The practical application has well solved the practical problems encountered in the production process, and has a certain reference value for the design and equipment upgrading of the follow-up working face of Weiqiang Coal Mine and other coal mines.
