摘要 黄陵一号煤矿智能化无人开采技术成功应用后,对巷道围岩支护提出新要求,首先要为智能化设备运行提供良好的开采条件,回采巷道实现“一次支护,永不返修”的目标,满足智能化开采需求;其次,回采巷道要能满足矿井综采工作面安全生产要求,保证矿井采、掘接续平衡,综合考虑回采巷道掘进、支护时间在每循环作业过程中占比较大,因此考虑在回采巷道采取“掘、支平行作业”的掘进方式,达到快速掘进的目标。基于以上两点,结合回采巷道开采地质条件以及开挖后围岩应力情况,通过理论计算、推导,优化回采巷道支护参数,同时满足快速掘进配套装备使用条件,进而提出复杂地质条件下快掘配套走向梁支护技术,满足巷道支护要求和配套快掘设备使用。 After the successful application of intelligent unmanned mining technology in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine, new requirements for roadway surrounding rock support are put forward.First, good mining conditions should be provided for the operation of intelligent equipment, and the mining roadway should achieve the goal of “one-time support and never repair” to meet the needs of intelligent mining.Secondly, the mining roadway should meet the safety production requirements of fully mechanized mining face and ensure the balance of mining and excavation.Considering that the excavation and support time of mining roadway accounts for a large proportion in each cycle of operation, the excavation mode of “excavation and support parallel operation” is adopted in mining roadway to achieve the goal of rapid excavation.Combined with the geological conditions of mining roadway and the stress of surrounding rock after excavation, through theoretical calculation, the support parameters of mining roadway are optimized and meet the service conditions of rapid excavation equipment.Then, the strike beam support technology for rapid excavation under complex geological conditions is proposed to meet the requirements of roadway support and the use of rapid excavation equipment.
