艾维尔沟矿区坚硬顶板回采巷道围岩结构特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 为得到新疆艾维尔沟矿区某矿坚硬顶板回采巷道围岩结构特征,通过对采区煤层赋存特征、顶底板岩层结构、地质构造、水文地质条件、采空区、回采巷道布置、相邻工作面和邻近煤层开采情况等调查,掌握其对采区巷道围岩影响程度。制定现场取芯方案,开展实验室煤岩体的物理力学性质参数测试,包括煤岩体的真密度、视密度、孔隙率、单轴抗拉强度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、内聚力、内摩擦角和水理性质等;采用巷道围岩测试与观察,在煤体单轴压缩条件下进行RFPA;数值模拟。全面系统地掌握了巷道煤岩力学参数、巷道围岩力学性质、巷道围岩结构特征以及巷帮煤体结构特征,结合巷道围岩控制理论研究与现场采集样品数据分析,提出了新疆艾维尔沟矿区某矿当前条件下坚硬顶板巷道支护存在的主要问题、难点与控制关键。 In order to obtain the structural characteristics of the surrounding rock of the hard roof mining roadway in a mine in Aiweiergou mining area, the influence degree on the surrounding rock of the roadway in the mining area is mastered through the investigation of the occurrence characteristics of the coal seam, the structure of the roof and floor strata, the geological structure, the hydrogeological conditions, the goaf, the layout of the mining roadway, and the mining conditions of the adjacent working face and adjacent coal seams.By formulating the on-site coring scheme, the physical and mechanical property parameters of coal and rock mass in the laboratory are tested, including the true density, apparent density, porosity, uniaxial tensile strength, uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio, cohesion, internal friction angle and hydraulic properties of coal and rock mass.Combined with the test and observation of roadway surrounding rock, RFPA;numerical simulation is carried out under the condition of coal uniaxial compression.Through the research, the mechanical parameters of roadway coal and rock, the mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock, the structural characteristics of roadway surrounding rock and the structural characteristics of roadway side-wall are comprehensively and systematically mastered.Combined with the theoretical research of roadway surrounding rock control and the analysis of field collected sample, the main problems, difficulties and control keys of hard roof roadway support in a mine in Aiweiergou mining area are put forward.
