摘要
钢管混凝土具有非常优越的力学性能,为了研究轴心受压作用下带剪力键的不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱工作性能和极限承载能力,试验以钢管的截面形式和钢管壁厚为控制参数,共设计了6个不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱试件。通过对6个短柱试件进行轴压试验,得到了圆形和方形不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱轴压作用下的荷载-位移、荷载-应变等力学特性曲线,分析了不锈钢管壁厚和截面形式对不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱的力学特性的影响。通过与已有相关文献和既有试验的对比验证了试验结果的准确性。结果表明:不同截面的钢管混凝土短柱在轴压作用下的破坏模式均是向外的屈曲破坏;圆形不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱的承载力和约束作用要优于方形不锈钢钢管混凝土短柱,钢管上部焊接的剪力键对混凝土起到了很好的约束效应;短柱的钢管壁厚与其极限承载力并非线性关系,随着壁厚增加,短柱的承载力先减小后增加。
The concrete-filled steel tube has excellent mechanical properties.In order to study the working performance and ultimate bearing capacity of stainless steel tubular stub column with shear keys under axial compressive loads,the test took cross-section form and stainless steel tube wall thickness as the control parameter,and a total of 6 stub-column specimens of concrete-filled steel tube were designed,obtaining the load-displacement,load-strain curves of 6 stainless steel tubular stub columns under axial compressive loads.The influence of thin-walled thickness and cross-section on the mechanical properties of stainless steel tubular stub columns was analyzed.The accuracy of the test results is verified by comparing with the relevant literatures and experiments in the past.The results show that the failure pattern of stub steel tubular columns with different cross-sections under axial compressive loads are due to outward buckling failure,and the bearing capacity and constraint of cylindrical stainless steel tubular stub columns are better than that of rectangular stainless steel tubular stub columns.The shear key on the upper part of the steel stub columns has a good constraint effect on concrete;the wall thickness of stub column is not linear with its ultimate bearing capacity.With the increase of wall thickness,the bearing capacity of stub column decreases first and then increases.
