摘要
目的调查静脉用药品调配方法标注情况,为规范静脉用药品医嘱开具及混合调配提供参考。方法收集我院静脉用药品说明书,对说明书中涉及的药品溶解溶剂及稀释溶剂的标注情况进行统计、分析。结果188份静脉用药药品说明书中,标注溶解溶剂57份,占67.06%,标注溶解溶剂用量或药物浓度38份,占44.71%;标注稀释溶剂126份,占77.30%,标注稀释溶剂用量或药物浓度76份,占46.63%。结论静脉用药品的调配方法标注严重缺失,建议药品生产企业进一步规范说明书相关信息标注,同时监管部门加强审批。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the labeling information of dispensing methods of intravenous drug instructions,and provide references for standardizing the prescription and mixed dispensing of intravenous drugs.METHODS The instructions for intravenous drugs in our hospital were collected,the information about the dissolved solvent and diluted solvent of drugs were collected and analyzed.RESULTS There were 188 copies of intravenous drug instructions,including 57 instructions labeled dissolved solvents,accounting for 67.06%,38 with dissolved solvent dosage or drug concentration,accounting for 44.71%,126 with diluted solvents,accounting for 77.30%,76 with diluted solvent dosage or drug concentration,accounting for 46.63%.CONCLUSION The labeling information about dispensing method of intravenous drugs is markedly missing.It is suggested that drug manufacturers should further standardize the labeling of related information in the instructions,and the regulatory authorities should strengthen the approval.
